jgschreck welcome to IM!![]()
Hi,
I've been lurking reading postings for awhile, but finally decided to introduce myself. I'm a 49 male in Chicago that has been seriously working out for the past year (I was a BFL challenge finalist last year, although not one of the champions). I've been working out with a personal trainer, but have slowed down due to some shoulder pain. I've been seeing a chiropractor, and he's given me the go ahead to do any exercises that don't cause pain and that I can do in a neutral position. I enjoy reading the posts as there seems to be many knowledgeable people who contribute. Looking forward to being a more active member of this community.
