    Deaf newbie

Hello everyone, I am deaf in real life and I've read all the post to help me to understand my goal for my fit. Of course I can communicate with my sign language and read lip little. I knew Lou Ferringo is deaf and I've watched Hulk series from video tapes. He's fantastic! I saw him in HULK 2003 in part of scene in movie with Stan Lee I think.

Many years I've eat 3 meals per day and now I learned I have to eat 5-6 meal per day this year for my goal workout fit. I am 6'0" 23, 170 lb. (15.7) and I've ordered ebook Burn the Fat, feed the body from Tom and other one beginner e-book. I read many pages through and help me alot to know. I would like to post new threads if I need questions.

I've volunteered to work at Renaissance Faire and work for the knight fighter reactiment with my group. My group have meeting in fighting practice three Sunday every month. My armor is too heavy to carry and my goal to get stronger. I've been fighting for few years and me need to workout my fit. This year I don't fight for while to save my energy and need my time to workout for lifting.
