New guy ready to grow
Hey all. I'm new to the board. I've gone from a weak 135 lbs to 175 lbs over the past several years. I have much bigger goals and am ready to get serious. I'd love to gain size all over, but especially want to get my skinny arms much bigger (it's just a hangup I have). I'm a hard-gainer but hope to get some tips from some of the big dudes here as well as other smaller guys trying to get bigger, too.
