Hello to all,
First of want to say what a great place this is and i hope that i can get some good help here.I'am a 27yr/male.Weigh 200lb and stand at 5'7.I want to loose about 30 pounds and loose some serious fat around my stomach area.I have access to a gym a can problaby commit to 3-4 times a week.My chest area could use some help and by arms too.what the hell I'am mess.I need some one to set some kind of regiment that they think would be best for me.I'm not really into eating all sorts of healthy things.but I don't pig out.I have lost about 20lbs just watching what i ate,but I'm in a spot know that i won't go down(lbs) anymore
