new to IM, hard worker for bball..

sup everyone at IM, Im a 16 year old 6'4 180 lber...I have been training all summer to gain weight and get strong for bball. I took off football to focus on basketball my best sport. So far I have noticed great gains, also in my vertical leap. All summer i did a body weight program, but I have moved onto a heavy weight program for the next 8-10 weeks to put on mass for the upcoming season. I myself dont really know too much, so I have been going to my Coach's gym/physical therapy place to workout, he has given me these workouts the ones that he has had for awhile and worked best for his athletes. I believe im in good hands, but if theres anything you think that would help me put on mass...feel free to post it lol thanks alot guys, lates
