    I'm stuck

    Hello,

    I've worked out for about 5 years... with minimal gains. I worked out in high school. Also, I worked out after high school. I made very small gains in high school from poor nutrition. And after high school i was introduced to supplements (cretine, protein) where i made better gains. But, I was still discouraged because I always seemed to hit a limit.



    I stopped working out for about 2 years, and now I’m back at it again. But this time I have tried to improve my eating habits. I have made better gains this time around, but I still seemed to hit a limit around 165 or 170.



    I need a good diet, for my skinny @ss...

    My diet is very inconsistent...but here is a good day



    I eat 5 whole eggs in the morning. cup of milk. 2 pieces of bread w/real butter. banana



    Protein shake or meal replacement bar



    Can of tuna w/mustard, a fruit, PBJ sandwich



    Protein shake or meal replacement bar



    Steak or ground beef, 1 cup of milk, a fruit



    That’s kind of vague, but I’m kind of new when it comes to diets so I really couldn’t give you much more info.

    I highly recommend reading the stickies in each forum then if there are any areas you are unclear about ask your question in that forum . you will get more replies that way.
