    Hi,

I've just started weight training again. I began working out about 12 years ago, but apart from noticing a little toning I didn't see any real muscle gain. After reading various webpages I put this down to over training and not eating the right foods.

The info out there is really confusing. I'm now using a three day program as follows:

    Mon- Chest, back
    Wed- Hams, quads
    Fri- Deltoids, Bi's, Tri's

Is this a good routine for building muscle fast? I have an overwhelming urge to do more! I should add that I've adjusted my diet as follows:

    Breakfast - cereal
    Mid morning - 2 banannas
Lunch - 4-egg omlette and cheese or pasta, pint milk
    Mid afternoon - 2 banannas
    Evening - meat, veg, potatoes
    Mid evening - cereal

    Is this enough?
According to some webpages it appears that I'm a 'hard gainer' (5'10" 148 lb).

    Regards,

    Kris.
