    Exclamation Comeback Cycle

    Hey Guys

I'm new to this forum -- used to post years ago at wannabeafreak.com
I haven't lifted for about a year now but have been doing kung-fu twice a week throughout the lay-off, so fitness is OK

I was advised by an old friend / dealer / competitive b/builder to try the following comeback cycle as I am back at gym from tomorrow nigth:
200mg Equipoise twice weekly, ie 400mg pw
250mg Sustanon twice weekly, ie 500mg pw
    20mg D-Bol daily

Previously I used sustanon / deca / dbol or oxymethelone (anapolin) -

I need to gain about 10kg and keep bodyfat in single figures

I am currently 76kg (yes, I know - sad!) and 1.7m or so, bodyfat currently about 9% - at my peak I weighed 89kg at app the same bodyfat

Any thoughts on the above cycle - any advice?

Also, this is my diet right now

06H30 MRP Shake + fruit and eggs
    07H30 Creatine drink
    08H30 Muesli / Cereal & Yoghurt
10H30 Sandwiches (turkey, etc), 500ml Water
    12H30 Lunch
15H00 Beef/Chicken stirfry with brown rice, etc
    16H30 MRP
    19H00 Creatine drink
    20h30 Dinner
    22H00 Whey Shake

    Multivitamin twice daily
    NOS2 Twice daily

    Any advice?

I need all the help I can get and I'm a little freakedout going back - had first shot on Sunday - feeling quite motivated

    Thanks
