    Training For Boxing........

    yep.....I'm a newbie to the site, and yes I'm pretty new to the whole bodybuilding, supplement game....

    I'm good for cardio, but I came here to learn about proper lifting techniques, and how to use supplements properly.....

    When I boxed I didnt mess with weights all that much. I alonely did power movements 2-3 days a week , Deadlift, Bench, Squat and only 3-4 sets each. Note that nutrition is very important with everything you do. Get about one gram per-bodyweight in protein a day. Make sure you get your water about 90 oz a day. Enough calories to support your body and get all your vitiamin's.

    I lifted while I trained. It was an imense aid in both striking power and speed. I did not lift for bulk, but rather lifted for power. Speed came as an added benifit. Enjoy!!
