Just wanted to drop a line to introduce myself. This is really the first site that I have interacted in a forum. I look forward to reading and posting with hopes to obtain some great advice from other members and get to know them as well. It is hard where I am from, due to no girls at my gym really are not into BB as much as me and they think I'm "obsessed". Most the women wear makeup and all their gold to the gym and chase the guys there.
To each his own, I guess. I am currently working on gaining 10-15lbs lean mass in the next 4 months and in that time lower my BF% by 10%. So with that Hi and feel free to send any advice as to what could help me obtain those goals and if there is a great thread that could lead me in the right direction. TY
