Food Plan: 6 small meals a day 1250-1600 calories, carb/protein balanced all day, last meal of the day protein/veggie only
Excercise Plan: 30-40 min of cardio 4-5 times a week, weight-lifting split 3x a week, Yoga 1-2x a week
