I really enjoy staying on a routine with my eating and working out because when i go off of it i simply lose control of my eating habits and I feel like crap. To any of you who are experienced in all of this, how do you go about deciding what to look like al year, or do you switch up from time to time? I will try to incude some pictures when I figure out how to get them in here.
