BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hey all,
Im a newbie and have been bodybuilding for one year now. I have been lifting since 7th grade but didn't get serious untill 10th(my motives switched from trying to impress chicks to actually becoming a bodybuilder). I still am not consistant enough with my diet. I never have pop or candy or chips or anything processed but once in a while i give in to a homemade cookie. I constantly search for new stuff on nutrition and fitness on the net and i came across this site and i read a post by artherjen and i saw that this was some sort of bodybuilding chat room or somthing so i signed up. Im only 17 and my nickname is Smokie cause my hair is the same color of the little smokies you eat. I love basketball, football, and most of all Jesus Christ. He is my ultimate motivator. When im struggling i just think of how he perservered through his whole life for me and you and it motivates me. I want to say thank you to all the guys that have helped me so far. You are all great because there isnt many serious bodybuilders in my school. Its hard trying to do the right thing to reach my goals because of my peers but i know how it will all pay off in the end. Y'all rock! ![]() |
