Hello, my name is Mike and I am new to this site. I have been reading all of the forums and it has excellent information. I am currently 5'3 146 lbs. and am an avid lifter. I lift 6 days a week targeting each muscle group twice a week. Is that too much or good for putting good muscle on? I am pretty ripped and have good size for my height but would like to get absolutely ripped and humongeous. Any help would be excellent, thank you.
Current work out includes
Mon. Back and Biceps
Tues. Chest and Triceps
Wed. Shoulders and Legs
Thurs. Back and Biceps
Fri. Chest and Triceps
Sat. Shoulders and Legs
Hi there,I am trying to start interacting with other members but i dont
know how?can i be guided how to contact your site?mY NAME IS eDWARD and i have been lifting weights for the past eleven years.I weigh 95kilos and have quite a pleasant physique.I attend the gym 6 times a week with 30 min cardio daily and 1.15hrs weight training. At the moment im facing some downslope in my training career as i am getting many injuries especially joint and tendon problems.I was suggested to try out a deca plus winstrol cycle.
I would like to ask about proscar.I am concerned about hairloss when
taking steroids. Is proscar the answer to prevent hairloss whilst being
on a cycle? If so what are the doses that one should take?
Thank you for allowing me to be a member on this site
I am new here too and notice a lot of attituide. Arrogant people who lift weights so they can be rude. Not to your face though. just on line.
There is a fantastic web in the UK and they are more proffessional there. Im here in the states but can only take so much of these idiots. Not all, some have been really cool. http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_156014.../tm.htm#205098
That is the forum if you are interested.
Actually, you'll find that the "attitude" that you see on this board is mostly between the older (in terms of join date) members and it usually revolves around the esoteric points of bodybuilding.
I'm rather new here and everyone has treated my nicely. Just don't ask the same question over and over. Asking for clarification is find, just don't keep asking "how to I get good abs" every other day.
MPBuffMan, I can't tell from your routine if it's too much or not. You didn't list how many exercises, sets, and reps you do. Personally, I do one body part a day for a total of six days a week. Today is my back day. w00t!
edwardlicari, if you want to know about steroids, just jump into the steroid forum. They can help you there. I've never done 'roids so I can't help with that.
From the sounds of it, you guys are way more experience than me. I've only been bodybuilding for a few months, but I learn quickly.
