Newbee Intro
Just wanted to intro myself. I'm a long time reader, but decided to join to get some answers to my questions and keep up my motovation.
Anyway, I'm currently 30 years old, 6'1, 188, and at 22% BF (which just sucks). I used to lift weights and do cardio religiously, but I got a new job about a year ago and that takes up most of my time. However, I've begun to notice that in this year since I haven't lifted weights, I've started to get more and more lathagic and loosing energy. Just goes to show what weight training can do for you. In my past I was a model with Lyons Model Management out of NY and at that time had a BF of 7-9%. That's really the shape I want to get into again, by next May. I figure if I work hard, I can hit that goal. I plan on starting back to the wieghts next week, getting my diet back on track (5-8 meals/day) and starting with 6-OXO for about two weeks to get testosterone levels up a bit. After about 4 to 8 weeks back, around Jan 1 I'll probably start a 6 week cycle of either S1+ or 1AD w/ 4Derm. I'll then go back to 6-OXO for about 4 weeks, take 4 weeks off (no test supplements), and then hit a cycle of M1T w/ 4Derm in April or May to get ready for summertime. I think I should be able to bring back the six pack by then. Biggest thing is to get the diet right, if not, not all the supplements and gym time in the world will help so I'll probably be doing a lot of questions on diet. Anyway hello to all! Can't wait to get back to the gym!!!! |
