    Talking Goodday Ironmagazine !!

How ya all doing. Iam a new memeber here!! Just came across this site and decided to register.
Ive been trainning for 2 years (been lifting for 3 though) and I also done Thai Boxing for two years prior to this (left 2 years ago as I wanted to get more into bodybuilding and didnt feel I could do this if I was also doing thai boxing at the same time. With the amount of cardio it envolves especially if I was bulking)
Iam 19 and iam from scotland (20 on New Years Eve ).
Iam currently bulking and Ive put on 16 pounds on in the last 8 weeks .

My trainning plan is as follows (I wont list all the exersisies I do however. As this would take all day as Iam into a lot of volume and shocking techniques and 2 a days right now)
    Day 1 (workout1) Chest/Triceps (Workout2) Chest/triceps
    Day 2 (workout1) Back/Biceps (workout2) Back/biceps
    Day3 REST
    Day 4 Forearms/calfs/abs
    Day5 Quads/Hamstrings
    Day6 OFF
As for diet. I havent got anything written down (I like to go by what I feel more like eating rather than something thats written down to stop me from getting bored eating the same things day in day out) but my ussall meal plan for a day looks like this.
Meal1 2 scoops of whey mixed with water/ Bowl of (2 cups) oatmeal mixed with(1 and a half cups) milk
    WORKOUT
(Post workout)Meal 2 PWO Shake (2 to 1 ratio of carbs dextrose and maltodextrin mixed with whey)
Meal3 (PPWO MEAL) Turkey breast(or chicken breast) x2 mixed with mixed veg and brown rice (2cups)(with an EFA Combo capusal)
Meal4(this is more of a snack) 1scoop of whey mixed with milk (with an EFA Combo capsual)
Meal5 (if Iam working out 2times a day this is my second pre workout meal) Steak (fried in olive oil)/fish with roast potatoes and mixed veg
Meal6(again working out twice a day second pwo meal) PWO Shake same as above/(MEAL6 if Iam not working out) either potatoes mixed veg and steak or chicken breasts(X2)/brown rice and mixed veg)
Meal 7 (again ppwo) Usally a pick of the two meals from above(meal6)
Ialso usally have 4 cups of milk before bed to stop me going catabollic during the nightime fast.
Supplemants I take/ Iwas on Creatine Monohdrate up until Tuesday (was on it for 8 weeks) saw some nice gains when I was on it Iam going to take two weeks of then resume)
I also take Whey Protien a multi vitiman and EFA Capsual
My goal right now is to bulk up until March (by that time I would have been bulking for 6 months) and see how much mass I can pack on.
Iam looking faward to learining as well as giving advice top everyone on this site
