    Hello out there

Hi, I have been reading a lot of the post lately and find this site to be informative and helpful, not to mention down right nasty and hilarious .

Anyways I figured that I would say hello and tell a little bit about myself.

    Age 27
    Weight 200 lbs
    Height 5'11"
    %BF 16

I have been weight training sense I was 18. At the time I started my weight was 125. Thats right 5'11" tall and 125 lbs., I was sexy. I have heard and read a lot, but don't even begin to claim to know half of the stuff out there about it. I started with somewhat of a bodybuilding routine not really knowing what I was doing, but like all newbes I did make some progress up to about 155 lbs. I then started to back off, and learned a little more about diet, ect. and quickley realized that I was overtraining like mad. I continued after a break and made some more gains. About one year ago I weighed in at about 170lbs. I then started to eat like crazy and work out to yet another routine, im hopes of bulking up for my wedding. At my wedding I weighed in at about 205 lbs. I was pretty happy, but was a little on the chunky side.

Anyways I look forward to talking with all of ya, and hope to learn alot. There seems to be a wide variety of experiance in here. Hopefully I can be of some help.
