Hi All
Hi everyone!
I'm glad I found this site! I've been working out regularly for the last 4-5 months...enough to realize that I dont know what the hell I'm doing. Actually I'm seeing some good results but I know I can step it up a bit. This seems like an informative and fun place. Thanks for all the info I've picked up off the previous posts! |
