Thanks, you guys. Evilbob, I'm 25 and I'm 5'4'' and 145 lbs.. I naturally have a lot of muscle, but there's definitely the fat, too, weighing in there. Mostly from the last year in a half of not moving enough, and being a little sad. But that's behind me, and I work out every day, now-- free weights for my upper body (every other day) and cardio every day. Thanks for asking![]()
