hey hey!
just wanted to say hi, since i'm new here! the name is emma, and i've been weight training since...july of this year. i love it more and more everytime i go, but am doing a project for school, and that's what led me here! hopefully, you guys will be able to help me out, and i'm sure i'll learn a lot from all of you!!!
