    Noob, I don't have time for the gym but... (help)

    As the topic states I don't have much time for the gym but I have been told time and time again I will not gain much weight from pushups and bodyweight exercises.

    So how little of time in the gym is to little. How many days do I "need" to put in?

    say about 3 hours total a week max discounting trips (there and back).

    When i used the Power/Rep Range/ Shock routine, which you can find under training section, I was in the gym about 30-35mins and still got great results

    Thanks, I thought I would be there a few hours (a day). Guess that was my noob thinking there. Wow, this rocks!! Back to my research den. I will post more questions as I come across them.

    Do what I did.By about 500.00 worth of equipment and w/o in the garage.
