    New Member, Some Questions

I am 31 years old, a have recently begun working out again. I am 6'2" and weigh about 200lbs with about 13% Body fat. For years I have been a smoker and always though it a complete waste to purchase any supplements if I could not even quit smoking. Well I have recently quit smoking, 1 week now, and just ordered a small boatload of supplements to get myself started. List is (1) Whey protein powder; (2) Kre-Alk creatine thingy can't remeber spelling exactly; (3) Glutamine; and (4) Multi-vitamin pack. I also plan to run a diet high in lean meats and veggies. Some fruits mostly in the way of morning smoothie and afternoon Banannas. Any comments about any other supplements I should be taking greatly appreciated.

The big question is, since I have been out of the bodybuilding loop b/c of my smoker status I have only recently began to research the info on prohormones and am bummed that once I get my shit together all of these lovely substances are going to be banned. I am wary of doing M-1T b/c sides seem pretty difficult. I am a lawyer and am in court constantly so lethargy and headaches should be avoided. The s1+ looks good to me but a little expensive. Would it make more sense just to buy the powders in bulk form for 1-test and 4-ad in "large" gram quantities and then just mix them inot a gell or spray as need be. It seems that the gelling or spraying agent seems to be the expensive element in these supps, so is it better just to stock up on powder and buy gell spray to mix later. Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Also any home recipie links on the forum would be appreciated as well.

Last question,, would i be just as well off purchasing large quantities of 1-ad. I am familar with the PCT and will have Nolva on hand when I begin. Thank YOu all.

I would stick with things like 4AD and the 1test transdermals. They arent nearly as harsh on your liver, and offer good gains(from what I hear, I never tried them).

These seem to offer good gains without the sides of M - 1T. I guess I just don't want to be kicking myself down the road when everyone is talking about how great these supps were for gains and I missed the chance to at least try them while they were legal. Can't even consider doing them if illegal, even if I do disagree with a ban. Shit the government could care less that I was a nicotine addict for 15 years.

    GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS!!!!

    Welcome to IM

Congrats on quitting smoking. Stick with it my friend. It's worth it, I promise.

Things to consider..... Diet is Key. Quitting smoking can lead to the pitfall of snacking. Keep celery stick close by!

The not smoking is going great. Thank you for the words of encouragement. I already feel so much better. I feel like I have as much energy as I did when I was 18. I am eating constantly but I am in a "bulking phase" HAHA. At least that is what I am telling my girlfriend about my new weight.
