    Noobie in pa

Im Rick(pleasantville,Pa,(N.W.Pa)) 27 about 184lbs @5ft5in dont know any thing about programs and eating right other that veggie are good and chocolate is bad The reason i have a new interest in this is i got a new job with the army reserves (cilvian mil tech, mechanic)part of my job is staying in the reserves the time working there They know fitness is a must so we have 3/1hr setion a week to workout how we want. I want to make the most out this time. We have a small weight room with free weights and a couple of cable machines.
I want to incorprate running in to a program also. Im busy after work with regular life kids and stuff like that so other than eating training after work is really out of the question right now also I have ausma so that also puts a hamper on things my hobbies are hunting, riding quads and vehicle mechanics upgrading my dakota and spending time with my kids
any help on programs and eating right books or web information could also help im going to see if the library has "Burn the fat,Feed the Muscle"
    Thanks for any info
    Rick
