Been training 1/2 year, want to get serious now

Hi I'm 14 and turn 15 in 3 months. The main problems I have are:

    - Not used to eating a lot
    - Prone to injury
    - Not sure if I'm ready (need to grow taller, I'm only 5' 9.5)
    - Confused about how often to train and rest

Some advice please, and thank you.

    Thanks for the warm welcomes

I'm trying to hide my plans for intense training from my parents because my dad would get jealous and my mom would freak out. But do you think I should start if I really want to? And is 5' 9.5" tall enough for my age?
