Hello all,
First off I want to say I am happy to find this forum. I've been browsing through it for a few weeks and am impressed with the members here. I've been lifting on and off for years but want to get more serious about it. I never feel better than whan I am working out. I just turned 40. I see a lot of my buds getting a ponch and basically giving up. I don't want to do that. I look forward to getting advice and encouragement here. I work out at home so having other people to communicate about lifting will be a good change.
I plan on getting some pics up so I can share my progress.
I am currently 165 lbs, at 5'7"
As far as diet goes, I am eating 6 times a day. Here is a typical day:
Meal1-Egg whites/apple
Meal2-cottage cheese/yogurt
Meal3-Chicken/pasta
Meal4- Protein bar or shake
Meal5-Chicken/salad or veggies/yams or potatoes
Meal6-cottage cheese/veggies
