Hello all,
After having spent some time looking around the net for honest advice and truthfull information in order to assist me in making long awaited changes in my dietary and training schedule to help regenerate this ageing old body, i came across this place,

I wouldnt say i was aiming to be a bodybuilder now, but i would say that this old body is in need of some work, the basic chasis is still in good nick with not too many miles on the clock, well 38 years to be exact,
I weigh in at about 190lbs/86Kilo and top off at 73in/182cms, it is rumored that i have visited a few gyms in the past and am now looking to re-make the acquaintance and hopefully i can get out again still alive and kicking and with a bit of a make over or failing that, i would settle for an inch or two off the belly and onto the chest.
