Welcome aboard!
My name's Steve. I am 27 years old and I have weight trained since I was about 20. I am 5'10" 200 lbs. Up until recently I have never really put on much fat. In the past year however, I've went from 175 lbs to 200 lbs. I'm not really fat, just beginning to cover my mid-section. I wear a 34 in the waist. I've always eaten a lot of food spread out throughout the day. And I eat high protein foods and even a lot of fats and carbs.
I seem to have reached a mass peak around 25 years old. I have always been a runner (2 miles every other day). I've often wondered if running had any effect on how much mass I am able to put on. I love to run, I love the way it relieves stress and gives me a good cardio workout. But, if I could gain more mass, I would not run.
My arms have seemed to peak at 17 inches. My chest also has peaked, but it's in proportion with the rest of my body.
My bench max is around 250 for a one rep max.
