Okay, I started out a year ago. I am 5'10 and weighed about 210lbs. I am now 177bs. I am estimating my body fat to have been around 33% or so. Maybe it was lower. Now, I am at 17.4bf. Obviously much better, but I want to be in that 10% range to see my six pack and look muscular.
I go to the Gym every morning, and am doing workout two in the book Body Scultping Bible for Men. So I lift M/T/TH/F, and I do cardio at least 3 of those days. I also do abs 3-5 times a week.
For my diet, I have a protein shake after my workout, this is my first meal of the day, then I have another protein shake for a snack during the day, I eat lunch that usually consists of a sandwich, PBJ (whole wheat, Adams PB, 100% fruit Jelly), or Turkey. For another snack, I will have some nuts, or an apple with PB, or maybe another sandwhich. For dinner, I will eat a chicken breast with a potato and vegetables, or maybe a fajita on a low carb, low fat tortilla.
My question is, it seems like I am not improving my definition too much any more. What would be some realistic expectations as far as getting down to 10-11%? I know in a previous post, Hugo Rivera said 1% per week, but am I still at the point where I can lose it that rapidly? Any advise on my routine, eating habits, would be appreciated.
