Sup everyone. I'm new to the forums, the main reason why I'm here is to get a feel of what other people do. Suggestions/info about supps and basically to learn more. My goal isn't to become pro, I do this for a few reasons but mainly for health,self confidence, and maybe some chicks on the side. :P I'm 16, 5'10", ~160-165 lbs and putting up about 180 on max bench (yah i know, kinda weak). But that's why I am here to learn more, and get better gains.
