getting back to working out, with lots of free time
Hey all, I'm back in school finishing my masters and I'm only taking 2 classes this semester, so I have a fair amount of free time on my hands and a flexible schedule. I am in OK shape (don't know my numbers but I'm about 5'11" and 200 lbs, some unwelcome fat) and would like to take advantage of my time to work out as much and as efficiently as possible. In a nutshell does it make sense to do 2 trips to the gym a day (say cardio in the morning and weights at night)? If I'm not working out or studying I'll just be sitting on the computer so I don't mind
I'm not looking for specifics (although pointers to a good 5 day a week workout are welcome) just a general idea on how to use this opportunity to get in the best shape possible. Thanks!Dave |
