Hello, I've been looking around these forums for a couple of days and decided I may as well join up. I'm pretty new to a lot of aspects of bodybuilding/weight training but I will try and contribute where I can...

I have trained sporadically over the last couple of years but have only recently decided to becomes serious. As it stands I am completely baffled by the amount of knowledge there is, especially regarding nutrition and the kinesiology. There is also a lot of vocabulary I will have to familiarize myself with, but Im up to the challenge and prepared for the pain!!

Age: 16
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 160

Looking forward to learning and gettin' big!
