    Hello All

Hi everyone. Just found this site yesterday. I will give a little introduction to myself.

32 years old. physical job working i leave home for work at 6 and get home at 6:30. i get up to train at 4. i had worked out off and on over the years. in june i did the body for life. lost a lot of fat and became very lean with a small muscle increase. definately felt very healthy and was great. i decided to then try the train eat grow method. gained a fair bit of weight back, but my cardio went through the roof and my strength gains were excellent. wasnt as lean, but also wasnt eating as clean either.

i am 5 10, 180 pounds. 15.25 arms, 35 waist (i know) 14.5 calves and chest is 44. i am natually very wide in the shoulders and have great tricep definition and back shape. my chest is a little flat, i have never had abs (i was always extremely skinny until i started working out and didnt have em then either) and my calves are like twigs but very strong.

on the bfl i dropped to 160 pounds and was 10% bf. that was a 20lb weight drop and 16% bf drop. i was pretty stoked.

    i would like to be 175, 33 waist, 44 chest, 16 arms, 16 calves.

I dont neglect any body parts. I can deadlift 275 for reps and single out at about 340. I bench 155 for reps and single around 200. i can do full wide chins for reps, i do hanging kneeups with weights, i run the treadmill with weights on my legs, i do dips with weights for reps, and squat around 275.

so that gives a rough outline of where i am at with my workouts.

i eat fairly clean and dont drink liquor. i cook my meals a month in advance and freeze them. eat em as needed. i enjoy the workouts and love pushing myself, but i have never been someone that is naturally strong or big. but i am doing ok. part of the problem is i burn a lot of calories during my work day.

anyway, blaah blaah blaah, nice to meet you all.
