Hi
My name is Tom. I've been training for about 3 years. My heaviest weight has been 220. Now I am at 185 because of a couple of herniated discs in my neck and back. I hope to be training soon again. Any advice would be great. i also have tendonitis in my rotator cuff and bicep.
