    uhuh, you playboy!

    Hi

    I'll keep this short and to the point. Started lifting at 15 got injured before turning 17 but went back now I am almost 19 and fat again! Two years without lifting or watching my diet because of personal bullsh*t and injuries have added into layes of fat.

    Info:
    Age: 18 & 10 months old
    Height: 5' 7
    Weight: 235 fat yuck!

    Its time to get back to the scene and get f*cking psycho again. Been working out my diet, routine, and stack so watchout for my follow up pictures. Its a long and hard road ahead but thats the best part.

    Thanks for the welcome.

    I will keep logs of my daily nutrition, training, cardio and progress pictures. I will be going to a new gym to get a new membership and get this ball rolling.

    Goal:
    Slim down to 180 and continue to cut slowly till I can see my abs again which is around 165-170.

    So the first 30-40 lbs will be hardcore cardio and extremely numbered dieting w/ proper supplements.

    Dont go too crazy on the cardio. 2-3 times a week of high intensity (HIIT or MaxOT are both good) should do you, along with lifting and good clean diet. Read the sticky notes, they'll tell you all you need to know...
