Hello, my name is david and i need help on the best approach to achieving my goal. You see, im a 17 year old male that has some muscle....but most of it (especially in the chest area) has a layer of fat that i cant seem to get rid of. After reading alot of the posts i was thinking about running every other night for 20 minutes (to lose weight) and work out (pushups and situps and stuff) and be on a high protein diet (to tone up). I really dont want to get too much BIGGER...just toned. Is there anything else i should be doing/eating/avoiding? Thanks i would really appreciate any suggestions or advice.
