Introduction of myself

hi, my name is Ian, im currently 19. im 6'1 and weight 180 lbs currently. before, i weighed 350 lbs almost a year ago, the date i started exercising is feb 28 2004. my weight less has been a real trip, i can barely remember myself as i was even though it was only a year ago, hopefully i can get a lot more fit than i am right now by summer. im currently on a high protein diet along with a good workout program, and mybench max currently is 300 which i was just able to get up to recently. id give you all the full story but its a little late and im beat, so ill just leave you with some before and after pictures.

^still have a lot of extra skin as you can see but its getting there

Since your young, will your skin tighten back up? If not, will you be getting plastic surgery?

I;m not answering for the guy in the picture, but I lost 60 pounds and it's been a few years and I;m pretty young and my skin never tightened up again

That is pretty awesome, in the first picture you were so big that I thought three people were there.
You look good now but you do need plastic surgery, I am sure a few members had it done, you may look in the health subforum. Welcome to IM

Same here, getting cosmetic surgery done in June.

I lost about 140lbs in a year and didn't need surgery
