Hi thanx alot for all your help ...... i know my body fat is pretty high (Mcdonald's- I was addicted) but overall ya i am pretty small most of my fat is around my lower abdominal area and little bit on my inner thighs.
I got my BF results from using a digital body fat analyzer i mean who knows if its 100% precise. Plus i couldn't trust my gym because they told me i had 32% ( which i know is overweight) They were trying to lure me into a personal training package.............

Did the gym use a caliper test? That scale/analyzer is a piece of shit, and no where near accurate. Its readings can fluctuate depending on how hydrated you are, due to the electrical signal that it uses. I would suggest a 7point caliper test. The gym should do it for free..

    Whats your height and weight?
