Hello. I am a 33yr old woman 5'8" and 125lbs. I recently joined a fitness club to try and add a little muscle and tone my small frame. I have had three children and would like to get rid of my "baby" pouch. I am new to this and found this site because I was looking for information on the proper way to get started and proper equipment to use. any input would be helpful and appreciated.
