Hello everyone, I've been lurking for a while and just joined yesterday. I'm 31 years old, wrestled in high school, college and do a bit of MMA and GPP now. I tend to build mass fairly easily naturally and grow like crazy with a little help, but, The fat just isn't coming off as easily as it used to, so, I'm always looking for help with that.
