Hello, Newbie here

I just found this site, and I'm starting to read some of the posts and articles. There seems to be a lot of great info here. I've been working out for a few years, and finally found a trainer that works well with me, and helps with my body type. I dropped 45 pounds last year, and am seeing a lot more definition now. I'm just tyring to enhance my workouts more to see even more definition, and abs.
