Hey everyone,
I just joined this forum, and i figured i'd introduce myself. I have been lifting for about 5 years and playing differents sports like track and soccer for about 8. The reason i joined this forum is becuase i had a question, I recently started incorporating swimming in additions to lifting, running and biking for my workout. I wanted to know what you thought about lifting and swimming in the same workout day (I would usually swim for about 30min, medium speed and then lift for about 50min, and then run for about 20min--in the same workout) Is it healthy swimming and lifting in the same day, good/bad for your body??? Thank you for your time and i look forward to your posts osegev1 |
