I am not really new to workingout, but having a kid, and in a couple of weeks another one, plus the drain of work, marriage, etc.. I have only recently gotten back in the game.
I started lifting again back in December, and while my strength came back immediately, its the bodyfat that is taking some time to lose.
I have lost about 10 pounds of fat, and re-gained about 5 pounds of muscle in that time. Its mostly muscle memory, but i will take it.
So, I hope to use the boards as support as I diet down, hopefully back to my better shape days of about 10%bf or so. I am currently high, probably 22 or so. (yikes).
