    new guy here what's up people

    I just started working out again..It has been 10 years since I have even seen weights..lol.
    I got into drugs about 10 years ago and I have been battling with it ever since..But I have been clean for 6 years and I think it is about time to whip my body back into shape..
    Just thought i would give you guys a background on me before i just jump in and start asking questions....
