welcome, this place rocks. If time is an issue for eating i would suggest on trying
some meal replacements so you can just kinda slam one real quick when you need a
    meal.

    Hi and welcome!
I think saying you don't have time to eat is the problem! You have time to work out and do cardio...make time to eat! It's going to help you out a lot
Joe's advice is good as well. Whipping up a smoothie is fast and yummy!!!

What are you eating right now?? Like a typical day??
Your on the right track now....you said it yourself "stop being lazy" I love to eat to and I make time for eating ALOT!!
I am like you also. I am 5'5" and 110 and I stay lean because I have a very narrow frame. I have had guys put their hands around my waist and touch hands!!! It's tough for me to get that huge muscle. I need to learn a few things myself about that!!!

    welcome,
Post your diet as jodi suggested and i am sure you can get some good info.
here are my suggestion (40/40//20) diet @ 15-18 times goal weight
    1. stick to a eating plan for a week and keep all the variables the same (cardio, training, ect)
    2. If you are not gaing weight (.5 to 1 lb) there are 2 theories and each have their pros and cons.
    A) cut back on cardio by 25% and eat the same
    B) keep cardio the same and Eat 10-15% more in caloires mainly increaseing carbs and proteins. repeat another week make adjustments
My opinoin is to eat more caloires and keep cardio going becuase if used properly cardio can be a very anabolic factor in muscle mass loss. Bigger engine needs more fuel. Plus heart is a muscle as well and it needs to adapt same as your muscles that is why I think cardio is important.
    c) before engaging in cardio or weights besure that you muscle is well protected with glutemeine or BCAAS combo inorder to prevent muscle mass loss. Off season I have guy taking a whey protine shake 30-40 minutes before cardio (20-30 grams ) and it does not inhbibit fat burning effect either

make slow changes gradually one variable at a time so you know what is working and what is not
