6 foot 1 inch
162 pounds
proably about 12% body fat estimate
Started workign out around Mid January cause a buddy of mine got me into it.
I'm pretty good about going daily. We do 3 days, rest, 3 days, rest.
I can tell a noticeable diff, for measurement purposes when we started out I was getitn around 134-145 max on bench. I'm not at around 175-185. I can tell I've gained strength in all excersise we do b/c I'm going up in weigh. I can also tell a noticeable difference by looking at myself concering size and tone. It is not a very large difference though.
I'm looking to get bigger and stronger
Right now I try to maintain a pretty good diet and about 140 grams of protein a day. Protein shakes are a big part of that amount. I also take a multiviatim as well as drink tons of water.
Any suggestions as to what else I can do to gain strength and size?
