hi everyone, been checking out this site and it looks pretty good so far... anyway my name is Gian i live in surrey bc canada ive been collecting EI for about 2 mos so i have tons of time to work out and eat too and surf the internet, i usually hit the gym 2+ hrs per day and eat a lot of calories. Im 20 yrs old 6" and 170lbs and i have a beer gut which i would like to reduce.
