In a rut...

I have been lifting now seriously for 8 years. I have competed in 1 bodybuilding competition at the college i attended, placed 3rd. Anyways, i am now 25 yrs old, still continuing my lifting, but am in a plateau you could say, not with building muscle, but losing body fat. I know that I don't eat healthy ALL the time, and what i mean by that is M-F i am good, come the weekend, i let me hair down a little and have a pizza,( not whole one!) eat fast food OCCASIONALLY, not even a problem to me, and i know what is healthy and the right way of eating is too, not that i am an expert, but know what works for me. My problem is that I work out religiously 5 days a week, sometimes adding another day of cardio in or something. I combine light shoulders with heavy chest and vice versa the next time, legs are solo, bi's and tri's and then back on another day. I also do at least 30-40 min of cardio in the morning when i lift, and usually run at night or do an elliptical or even rollerblade for another 25-40 min. I also do some ab work usually 2x's a week. I am just finding it hard to lose the unwanted body fat. I haven't had it tested to even see what my percent is, which i am sure it's around 15-17% right now...I just don't want any BF on me at all! what could i do to switch my routine up, i'm out of ideas for myself! I need to progress, I'm getting really discouraged lately and need something that i could try that anyone has tried before and had much success, any ideas would help people! Thanks.

Maybe i should clarify a few things after reading more posts on here, sorry, i'm new to posting messages! So, lifting schedule is as follows M-light chest/shoulders, alternate the next week lg shoulders/chest, T-back, W- bi's and tri's, TR-legs F-rest/cardio Sat-start Monday again, and Sunday i take off again. I do 3 sets for everything but bi's and tri's, i have a new workout i'm trying to give myself so new results, 12-15 reps. Really, i'm not wanting a new diet or anything, i know what i need to cut out, but i do need some new workouts. I am 5'4, 130-135lbs. If you want my measurements...i'll take them later to give you an idea, but I do know that i have 13in biceps! I'm just sick of doing the same type of lifts and am open to any suggestions. I just wish that I didn't have any stomach fat covering my abs and they would just poke theirselves out there and say hello to everyone!

D400tiny welcome to IM!

one thing to realize is that weight training and cardio while both extremely important and necessary to get lean are only part of the equation. if you truley want to get lean this will come from adjustments to your diet, you say you eat clean but maybe you do not eat enough calories, or maybe your protein and/or EFA's are too low? either way, go to the diet/nutrition forum and post your daily diet there.
