New guy

Hey everyone, 20 year old here is has been working out for about a month or so. I'm at the very bottom of the totem poll, 5'9 135 pds, cant even do 100 pds on the bench press. Hopefully i can improve and put on some mass!

Good luck man. Look around the site, do a seach for what interests you see what comes up...there is a TON of info here. Find what works for you and get to it. I used to work out with a guy that was about your size when he first started lifting and he is now around 170lbs with single digit body fat. He has placed in several bodybuilding contests. It took time/dedication/and TONS of hard work for him to get where he is today...if you have it in you can do it too. Good luck.
