New guy in the forum.
Hi guys and gals,
I'm 31 and from Liverpool, UK. 5'8" 100kgs. I've been lifting the weights for about 8 years now. The thing is though most of that 100kg. is not muscle.  I'm in here to get myself motivated again and gain the knowledge  that I need to get going again.Looking forward to it now  |
