Hi, this looks like a good site.....
I don't quite know how I found this site, but it looks good...
 :Some committed and experienced people here judging by the photos. Bought my first set of york (vinyl) weights back in October of 1984, and then spent the next 20 years , not being serious about using them properly..... (Though even then managed some gains). Since last autumn, am finally starting to learn what it is all about... Train alone with free weights only, and need 'a kick up the arse' occasionally but don't get it! So hope this site keeps me motivated.... Nick |
